None of the businesses we recommend have paid to be included. Each business appears in our travel guides for free.

Where are your books printed?
We print our books in England with FSC certified paper from responsible sources. We selected the Royal Mail to deliver our books, as we think it is better for the environment to use the postman over delivery vans. We also use eco-friendly packaging.

How do you choose the places you recommend?
 We believe there is nothing better than local knowledge so we speak to the locals. We then visit each place ourselves to experience each one and to take our own photos.

Best of England is a small team of photographers and writers who are passionate about travel. We are an independent British company striving to make the best quality, most useful and beautiful travel guides we can.
